Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new dealers for Commercial Vehicle Sales
∎ Develop & maintain strong business relationship with all dealers
∎ Developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers.
∎ Develop & implement sales & marketing strategy & business development for dealers' area wise.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Maintain Daily reports & provide all information to team leader.
∎ Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Follow-up Payment issues on a regular basis.
∎ Dedicated to recovering debt that is rightfully owed
∎ Strong ability to work with reliable customers
∎ Customer Documents filing
∎ Monitor periodic credit reviews.
∎ Initiating legal or other recovery actions against customers.
∎ Make action plan for recovery strategy of automobile business of the company.
∎ Visit to all parties to the agreement & remind them for dues payable.
∎ ERP Review - All the recovery related information to be reviewed and analyzed which will help manage the portfolio of the customer.
∎ Maintain & ensure reconciliation of party ledger.
∎ Analyzing reasons for default for various accounts and propose settlement strategies.
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
