Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 38 years
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in same designation.
Excellent leadership, team building and communication skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving capability.
Willing to travel extensively.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet & E-mail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and achieve overall sales targets (breaking the same into geographically, monthly, weekly & daily) in terms of category, volume, revenue, profitability and market and to ensure consistent and sustainable growth and share through efficient management of overall sales operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
Lead, guide and motivate Sales Team in their daily execution of sales tasks & activities towards achieving the team`s monthly, quarterly and yearly KPM targets.
Analyze, prepare the reports and documents of regular sales and take actions to carryout it by sales team to enhance sales & monitor day to day activities of Division/ /Distributors of the Company.
Plan, implement and coordinate trade promotions and activities to compete with competitors.
Preparing collection forecast & ensuring payment.
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company`s brands.
To visit market place for expanding market.
Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
