Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any Subject with PGDCM (Post Graduation Diploma in Compliance Management) is Must.
∎ Master in English / Mathematics/Social Science/ Environmental Science/ Geography/IRLS/ Management/BBA/ MBA (HRM) will give preference. ( In that case PGDPM is not Mandatory).
∎ ISO 14001/ OSHS 45001, /SA 8000 (Basic/Advance)/ISO 9001/Nebosh/ Lead Auditor/ Auditor Certified will give preference.
∎ Any Professional degree in Disaster Management/ Fire Safety Management/ Safety Management/ CSP/LLB/LLM will give extra advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise & manage compliance team and ensuring all required supports as per company and buyers standards.
∎ Ensuring smooth & timely delivery of compliance and employee services.
∎ Supervise HR activities and employees services which is more relevant with legal compliance and auditing employee's files, documents and records like confirmation, promotion, separation, final settlement, leave & attendance management transfer - posting, HR reports, Bank A/C etc.
∎ Developing different policies and Procedures in line with Labor Law and coordinating HRD and Head of HAC.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Labour Law-2006, Lobour Rules-2015, Minimum Wages as per Gazette -2018, Environmental Law, Fire Service Act, Accord, Alliance, Nirapon, OHS, Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Training & Development, and Grievance Handling etc.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, Social /Technical / Environmental / Supply Chain Security (SCS) /C-TPAT, FCCA, ISO 9000:2015(QMS audit), OHS Risk Management, ISO 14001,WRAP, GOTS, OCS, Oeko Tex, Step by Oeko Tex, Made In Green (MIG), HIGG Index (Environment & Social), Detox and different buyers COC Standard ( Costco, Walmart, Perry Ellis, Kiabi, Inditex, Zamira, Etc.
∎ Writing CAP to the buyer based on NC,s and sending its within given timeline with proper evidences
∎ The candidate should have capacity to handle any compliance audit individually with confidence.
∎ The candidate should have capacity to handle any critical situations by using own diplomatic/ intelligences answer to safe the factory.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Risk Management, Disaster Management, Health & safety, Electrical safety, Fire Safety, Accord & Alliance Standards, ILO, Buyer COC, Buyer Self-assessment, Online Assessment, Higg Module Version3.0, CSR, and Sustainability etc.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance/Complain of employees, employee relation/ employee motivation factors, counseling, and conflict management etc;
∎ To monitor employees training and awareness on regular basis.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, Termination, Dismissal Compensation, Disciplinary Action, etc.
∎ To coordinate HR and Admin Team ;
∎ Leading and Supervising to the Welfare officers and their daily activities
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Execute any other task as given by the superior/HOD (HAC).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-8 year (s) practical experiences in RMG ( Specially Woven (denim-no-denim including wash), Knit Composite, Washing, or Textiles Manufacturing).
∎ The applicants should have experiences to work individually in the largest Group of Companies.
∎ Sound knowledge ISO 14001, OSHS 45001, HIGG Index (Environment & Social) , RTM, BEPI, GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, EHS, ECR 1999,1997, BLL-2006 Amendment 2013 & 2018, BLR-2015 and other environmental laws and regulations.
∎ Written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel)
∎ Mailing communication skill
