∎ 3+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the bag/backpack industry.
∎ Knowledge of backpack materials, production processes, and quality standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with design teams to develop backpack collections based on market trends and customer feedback.
∎ Coordinate with buyers and production teams to manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of backpacks.
∎ Oversee product sampling and testing to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to clear slow-moving inventory.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on merchandising activities, performance, and strategies.
