∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ • Computer skills in MS office.
∎ • Ability to write audit report.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Daily worker & staff attendance checking as per thump report
∎ • Daily Overtime/ absent list checking (Physically)
∎ • Hourly/ Daily/ Monthly actual production monitoring and verification with actual physical quantity
∎ • Fabrics consumption checking with CAD/YPD
∎ • Daily actual production target and achievement report preparation
∎ • Wash goods send/receive checking and maintain a register
∎ • Machinery, spare parts issue requisition checking as per actual requirement in the floor
∎ • All kinds of accessories issue requisition checking as per actual requirement (Sub-Store)
∎ • Daily broken needle quantity checking with consumption and actual requirements checking physically with Stores/ Sub-stores and register.
∎ • Tiffin & overtime bill checking with actual manpower attendance
∎ • Daily line wise sewing machine inventory and calculate man machine ratio.
∎ • Shipment duty & prepare report both night/days.
∎ • Buyer/ Style wise order completion report prepared. (Cutting to Shipment)
∎ • Surplus/reject garments accessories physically checking & prepare inventory report
∎ • Missing & short shipment data collection from floor and prepare weekly report.
∎ • Local purchase verification
∎ • Monthly inventory of all items (Capt Machinery, spares, Fabrics, Accessories and Consumable items)
∎ • Regular basis checking stock register with SRR / MRR with relevant documents.
∎ • Factory related all bills vouchers verify & checking.
