Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting and Finance from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Everyday Check and verify the daily expenditure vouchers and invoices, fund requisition and finance related documents;
∎ Collecting, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
∎ Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
∎ Preparing Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts
∎ Preparation of feasibility, profitability report, loan proposal, follow-up and sanctioning.
∎ Take the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related matters.
∎ Coordinate with Commercial Banks and Regulatory Authorities
∎ All payment voucher preparation, posting to software & Manual Register and take approval from management
∎ Closely liaison with Bank and other financial institutions.
∎ Manage the Cash flow & Fund Requirements
∎ Developing and managing financial systems/models
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Cash Management, Commercial/Export-Import, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Property & Development Company Ltd
∎ Should have strong analytical ability and accuracy
∎ Should have good skill computer literacy in Office Suit (Microsoft Word, Excel) and accounting software.
∎ Should have ability to work under time pressure & should be a good team player.
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill, Presentation Skills.
