Responsibilities & Context: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive IELTS enrollments and brand visibility.
Counseling student face to face and over phone for enrollments and IELTS registration and examination.
Manage marketing budget, track performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Oversee digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and ads).
Lead the marketing team; coordinate with sales and academic departments to align goals.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, agents, and community organizations.
Organize events such as workshops, seminars, and open days to promote IELTS programs.
Analyze IELTS market trends, competitor activities, and student insights to guide strategy.
Implement systems to maintain consistent IELTS teaching quality.
Review and update academic processes to meet IELTS standards.
Prepare reports on student performance, teacher productivity, and program success. Plan class schedules and allocate teachers effectively.
Maintain compliance with organizational rules and IELTS testing guidelines.
Collaborate with teachers to introduce new courses or improvements.
