• Student Recruitment & Enrollment
  Proactively counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways to achieve enrollment targets.

• Lead Management & Follow-up
  Manage inquiries from multiple channels (walk-ins, phone, email, social media) and ensure timely follow-up to convert prospects into enrolled students.

• Admission Counseling & Guidance
  Provide accurate information regarding programs, fees, scholarships, policies, and application procedures in a professional and student-friendly manner.

• Application Processing Support
  Assist students with application completion, document verification, and admission formalities to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

• Marketing & Outreach Activities
  Participate in college visits, education fairs, seminars, open days, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

• Relationship Building
  Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and internal departments to enhance trust and long-term engagement.

• Target Achievement & Reporting
  Meet or exceed monthly and semester enrollment targets and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and student feedback.

• Data Management
  Maintain accurate student records, inquiry logs, and follow-up status in the admission management system.

• Student Experience Enhancement
  Ensure a positive counseling experience that reflects the university’s values and supports student retention.

• Process Improvement
  Provide insights to management on market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to improve recruitment strategies.
