Responsibilities & Context:
Greeting visitors, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on vehicle models and accessories.
Conducting test drives, highlighting vehicle benefits.
Negotiate prices and facilitate financing options.
Managing customer databases and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Keeping up-to-date with new car features, specifications, and competitor models.
Ensuring post-sale satisfaction, promote the company’s service and building rapport for future referrals and repeat business.
Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle purchases.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintaining an attractive, clean display of vehicles and ensuring promotional materials are in place.
Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
