Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and Sales & Marketing operations for business growth.
∎ The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
∎ Willing to work in Direct Sales, Corporate Sales.
∎ Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
∎ Conduct sales meetings with clients.
∎ Develop and maintain business relationships.
∎ Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition.
∎ Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends.
∎ Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
∎ Supervising the use of test models to prevent damage.
∎ Maintain showroom appearance, including organization, cleanliness, and cleanliness.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
