Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents regarding foreign university admissions.
Maintain professional communication with international universities, admission offices, and partner institutions.
Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person consultations in a professional manner.
Counsel students on suitable universities, programs, countries, and intake requirements.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely submission of applications and documents.
Provide clear guidance on admission criteria, deadlines, and procedures.
Draft, edit, and refine Statements of Purpose (SOPs) tailored to specific universities, programs, and countries.
Assist students in developing motivation letters, personal statements, research proposals, and CVs.
Ensure all written materials meet university standards, ethical guidelines, and plagiarism policies.
Guide students on presenting academic background, career goals, and achievements effectively.
