Responsibilities & Context:

Adex Lighting Systems Ltd. is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Sales Team for promoting and selling advanced Lighting Products and Solutions to Government organizations and Private Utility sectors.


We place particular importance on applicants who have a proven sales record in technical or project-based sales, with measurable achievements in securing projects and expanding business within Government, Semi-Government, and Private Utility organizations.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates who:

  • Have a proven track record in Lighting, Electrical, or Technical product sales, preferably in Government or Utility sectors.

  • Possess strong market knowledge and an established professional network within Government departments, utility companies, consultants, and contractors.

  • Are familiar with tender processes, project sales cycles, and institutional procurement procedures.

  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Adex Lighting product lines including Indoor, Outdoor, Industrial, and Infrastructure Lighting solutions.

  • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with Government agencies, Utility companies, Consultants, Contractors, and Private sector clients.

  • Explore new project opportunities, monitor tender notices, and actively participate in bidding processes.

  • Understand client requirements and propose technically sound and cost-effective lighting solutions.

  • Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and periodic sales reports.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong after-sales service and long-term client relationships.

  • Stay updated on lighting technologies, energy-efficient solutions, and industry trends to provide value-added consultation.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and utilize digital reporting tools for performance tracking and pipeline management.
