Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic talent who will be the responsible for Dyed Yarn (Sweater) Marketing in our Yarn (Sweater) Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible of Dyed Yarn (Sweater) Marketing in different Dyeing Factories and Buying Houses.
∎ Prepare and implement different Sales and Marketing strategy.
∎ Fulfill the Management target by selling sweater yarn to factory and buying house.
∎ Should have a good background to handle core customers and buying house to sell dyed yarn.
∎ Visit Customers regularly for Marketing, Product Promotion, Counselling, Pricing and Problem Solving.
∎ Assist in negotiating price, terms and different conditions.
∎ Proper documentation of customer database of sales and marketing.
∎ Should be a team player.
∎ Monitoring Inventory, Production and Delivery.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
