Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters Major in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving value, volume and profitability target of the specified Area by supervising team members.
∎ Candidate should be capable for create new dealers, and area demarcations.
∎ Strengthening credit management.
∎ Use research and market intelligence data to provide competitive edge to the business.
∎ Working closely with project engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, developers and architects.
∎ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all stake holders.
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
∎ Proper understanding & implementation of company policies and trade promotions.
∎ Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues and complaints, if any.
∎ Regular market visits, pursue new clients and report market activities on daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be Experience in Cement, Paints, Ispat, and Construction Chemicals (Admixture) industry.
∎ Sound knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Promotion and changing trends.
∎ Sound knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions
∎ Ability to work independently with pre-set goals
∎ Having a valid Motor bike driving license will be treated as an added advantage
∎ Willing to travel frequently

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
