Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Asst. General Manager - Quality Assurance who will be responsible for the Quality Assurance Department in our Sweater Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check the 1st output from every new style then continue to look around the production lines' quality.
∎ Check the sample against the Product Specification / Technical File.
∎ Provide Technical support to the Merchandisers, Factories, and Clients.
∎ Follow Quality Control steps during Sample Development and Production.
∎ Conduct PP Meetings, In-line, and Final Inspections independently
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality.
∎ Determine operational and performance qualifications.
∎ Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
∎ Conduct an audit and monitor the first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Correct quality/technical instruction is exhibited on each quality workstation.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, and quality points and explain to the quality team.
∎ Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authorities If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
