Responsibilities & Context:

• Responsible for cutting to shipment. Monitoring, follow up & Co-ordination with cutting, sewing, finishing.

• Need to maintain good communication and co-ordination with maintenance, store, IE, Planning & Merchandising team for smooth operation. Ensure achievement of production targets and Efficiency.

• Guide production teams to achieve targets within given time line. Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered as per plan.

• Direct and control the improvement of production processes. Continuously improve production processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour. Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.

• Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve. Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning. Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity. Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customer`s deadlines.

• Print, Embroidery sends received follow-up with record.

• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation. Daily check, monitor & follow-up fabric, trims & accessories inventory. Pre-production follow-up i.e., PP meeting, size set, dye lot approval etc. Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.

• Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve production goals and KPIs. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining optimal levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to implement innovative solutions for production enhancement. Ensure that the production processes comply with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards
