Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assure and maintain that all units/sections are well operating based on the procedural standards set by the company.

  • Establish and update policies and procedures in a timely manner that will benefit manufacturing excellence.

  • Ensure that all information/data that will be submitted to the Top Management should be complete with accuracy.

  • Conduct daily meeting with all concern subordinates about previous day`s performance.

  • Manage and guide the IE team to handle different operation issues with concerned departments to solve the problems and to prevent them.

  • Review monthly efficiency performance of each business unit to check all the areas for improvement with subordinates and production team.

  • Conduct monthly review meeting with the key manufacturing personnel to collaborate on how to minimize the recurrence of the major issues of the previous month.

  • Analyze and submit a monthly analysis report with the recommended solution to the Top Management.

  • Analyze and submit a monthly projection report in the areas of Efficiency, Manpower Utilization and requirements, Machinery Optimization and Requirements.

  • Review all other areas that have the potential for innovation and achieve excellence.

  • Review and conduct training and personal development among the subordinates.

  • Review yearly performance in each business unit and identify the areas of improvement to be accomplished in the succeeding year.

  • Review all the projects with their performance and recommend which one has to maintain and improve to give a better result.

  • Plan and strategize new projects that will lead to the business on the next level.
