Must have experience in industrial , preferably in steel structure, construction materials, or building solutions.
Strong understanding of technical sales, client negotiation, and project-based selling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
Must be proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
Willing to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across Bangladesh.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication) is mandatory.
Having a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.
Understanding client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms and
Conditions.
To ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection target.
To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.
Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients set up sales network.
