• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Steel

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Must have experience in industrial , preferably in steel structure, construction materials, or building solutions.

• Strong understanding of technical sales, client negotiation, and project-based selling.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.Must be proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Willing to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across Bangladesh.

• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication) is mandatory.

• Having a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

• Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.      

• Understanding client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms and Conditions.      

• To ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection target.

• To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.

• Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients set up sales network.
