• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

• 2 to 3 years

Fountech, the leading company of Epoxy, PU Flooring, Waterproofing, Heat Insulation, and Construction Chemical Solutions in Bangladesh, is expanding its Project Sales team. We are looking for dynamic and technically sound professionals to join our growing organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Generate new sales opportunities through client visits, follow-up, and relationship building.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.

• Identify potential projects, contractors, factories, and industrial clients for flooring solutions.

• Conduct site visits to explore business opportunities and understand project requirements.

Client & Market Engagement:

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Communicate with dealers, contractors, and corporate clients for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Provide technical consultation on Epoxy, PU, Waterproofing, Heat Insulation, and construction chemicals.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with factory engineers & project heads.

Field Work & Reporting:

• Frequent field visits to Narayanganj, Savar, Gazipur, Mymensingh and other Dhaka-surrounding areas.

• Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis.

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

• Maintain proper documentation & communication for each project.
