Experience:
Diploma/ BSc in Automobile in Automobile
Candidate must have knowledge on transport management.
To be checked all kinds of vehicles spare parts.
To be maintenance service schedule of all vehicles.
Can do work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Automobile workshops such as Engine, Denting, Suspension/Body Mechanics & also the tyre volcanize, Auto Electrician, and painting technician.
Follow up on all routine maintenance and try to ensure that all vehicles are in running condition.
Visit project sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of vehicles/equipment deployed at site.
Inspect individual vehicles and ensure quality control of parts & services.
Ensure availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance.
Monitor daily maintenance work and will have to maintain workshop hygiene properly.
Keeping constant liaison with the transport operation department.
Prepare daily workshop activities reports.
To be known about commercial truck vehicles TATA, Ashok Leyland, Eicher vehicles repair & maintenance.
Assist in supervising workshop activities and ensuring availability of spare parts.
Support procurement of automobile parts, tools, and consumables.
Verify quality of repairs and servicing carried out by mechanics/vendors.
Assist the Automobile Engineer/Manager in preparing maintenance schedules, cost reports, and fuel efficiency analysis.
