Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction sites including leading and managing.
∎ Deliver consistent and high-quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies & materials.
∎ Monitor and supervise sub-contractor/worker on the site from Head office.
∎ Adhere to safety policy and practices and create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere.
∎ Provide Engineering support for projects in various stages of design, estimating, and construction.
∎ Assist Site Engineers with analyses of proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate.
∎ Assist estimators with calculations and complete take-off of the assigned work.
∎ Assist in the preparation of bid packages.
∎ Assist project managers with the preparation and maintenance of the construction schedule.
∎ Receive, review, forward, and track the status of submitting and change orders.
∎ Update construction schedule based on project team input.
∎ Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes.
