Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Work at Head office
Job Responsibilities:·
Check cash voucher, bills voucher, justification of expenses, as well as payment, bill & advance adjustment.·
Conduct Physical verification of fixed assets against project level verify the store materials.·
Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with the organization`s objectives.·
Must be expert Post Audit in project of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, Bills etc.·
Monitorday-to-dayy financial transactions maintained by respective accounts departments.·
Conduct periodic internal audits of the head office and ensure the highest standard of the financial management system.·
Verifying and cross-checking of all accounting transactions made to all internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare the draft reports on audit findingsand submitt reportst to the Key manage weekly and monthly basis.·
Review of Bank reconciliation of the company month-wise.·
Keep liaison with Accounts & Finance, External Audit, Tax & Vat Consultant.·
Performing all reconciliation & analytical procedure.·
Verify all of the financial transactions & accounts balances to ensure their accuracy & reliability.·
Field visit are mandatory per month & perform any other jobs as assigned work by the management as and when required.
