Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Work at Head office
Job Responsibilities:·
- Check cash voucher, bills voucher, justification of expenses, as well as payment, bill & advance adjustment.·
- Conduct Physical verification of fixed assets against project level verify the store materials.·
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.·
- Must be expert Post Audit in project of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, Bills etc.·
- Monitor day-to-day financial transactions maintained by respective accounts departments.·
- Conduct periodic internal audits of the head office and ensure the highest standard of the financial management system.·
- Verifying and cross-checking of all accounting transactions made to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare the draft reports on audit findings and submit reports to the Key manage weekly and monthly basis.·
- Review of Bank reconciliation of the company month-wise.·
- Keep liaison with Accounts & Finance, External Audit, Tax & Vat Consultant.·
- Performing all reconciliation & analytical procedure.·
- Verify all of the financial transactions & accounts balances to ensure their accuracy & reliability.·
- Field visit are mandatory per month & perform any other jobs as assigned work by the management as and when required.
