Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

∎ While not essential if you have enough practical experience, a diploma in any of the following is useful:
∎ agriculture
∎ biological sciences
∎ aquaculture
∎ biology
∎ environmental science (biological)
∎ fisheries studies/management
∎ marine sciences/oceanography
∎ veterinary science
∎ zoology
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm
∎ Skills Required: Bioflock, Fish farming in modern intensive method and fish hatchery., Fisheries
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, Bioflock, Farming, Fish Breeding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build the infrastructure of the Biofloc system and understand legislation and how to implement this into practical application
∎ calculate the feeding regime, according to the fish sizes
∎ monitor the health of the fish and treat them when appropriate
∎ plan buying larvae directly from the hatchery and grow schedules to obtain maximum efficiency
∎ adhere to environmental standards (maintaining water quality consistently)
∎ ensure the water supply is of a sufficient quality for the stock
∎ be aware of different Biofloc water management techniques
∎ adapt to new technologies as they develop and learn practical skills
∎ possess stock skills such as fish handling from the hatchery to the tank, grading and harvesting
∎ update knowledge of different types of fish health and nutrition
∎ maintain records of pH, TDS, NH3, DO concentration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You'll need to have:
∎ • high levels of physical fitness; the ability to learn things quickly, making effective decision; to be efficient and proactive
∎ • good people and resource management skills
∎ • numerical ability, for calculating feeding regimes and for invoicing purposes.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance
