∎ Must have completed 1200 Marks is ICMAB or CA(CC) with 1000 Marks Completed and bachelor's degree in finance/ Accounting or BBA major in Finance and Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Preparing of financial statements i.e. Statements of profit or loss A/C a, Statements of financial position and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly/yearly) with consideration IAS & IFRS.
∎ Responsible for general accounting function including invoice recording and journal voucher preparation.
∎ Maintain all financial records & books of Accounts.
∎ Record Accounting vouchers through proper coding & posing into the accounting software in ERP.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements for management approval.
∎ Follow-up Withholding VAT & TAX deduct at source accurately and deposit to the Govt. Account on time.
∎ Prepare and reconcile monthly VAT and AIT returns.
∎ Assist & follow up with all Departments for making of Yearly Budget.
∎ Deal Accounts payable and Accounts receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof.
∎ Ensure proactive support in executing day to day provident & gratuity funds accounting related works for BRAC IT Service Ltd.
∎ Maintain Fixed Asset Schedule, Calculation of Depreciation & Accounting Procedure.
∎ Arrange physical verification of inventory and fixed asset.
∎ Review and reconcile the monthly payroll statements.
∎ Ensure proper disbursement of employee salary and other benefits.
∎ Liaison with Bank for payments instruction and other bank related issues.
∎ Assist & follow up the auditor for making company’s audited accounts.
∎ Assist HOD in reviewing the cash flow requirement to ensure that there is enough fund available to meet operation.
∎ Follow up employee’s payment request.
∎ Follow up Vendors & other party payment.
∎ Checking bills submitted by vendors.
∎ Ensure internal and external audit queries are resolved.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have extensive knowledge and experience on VAT and TAX issues, Should have experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, vision, quality management, promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate Finance, developing budget, developing internal control system & know-how in relative Laws & Regulations
∎ Effective communicator - Excellent writing and group presentation skills Able to align reward policy to business objectives.
∎ A very high degree of analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills
∎ Detail oriented including excellent organizational skills
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and to project plan effectively
∎ Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
∎ Ability to influence and impact change
Salary: Negotiable
