Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and draft various banking documents, including loan agreements, security documents and other financial instruments.
∎ Vetting of property documents, drafting deeds of Mortgage, IGPA etc.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while preparing banking documentation.
∎ Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide valuable insights and advice on complex corporate legal matters.
∎ Collaborate with clients, financial institutions and internal teams to coordinate the execution and implementation of documentation.
∎ Assist in negotiating and finalizing terms and conditions with external parties related to banking documentation.
∎ Stay updated on changes in banking laws, regulations, and industry practices to support the firm's clients effectively.
∎ Help manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge.

Salary: Negotiable
