Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Bar Council Enrollment is not necessary;
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vetting different sorts of land related documents;
∎ Drafting various kinds of deeds and agreements relating to property;
∎ Review of loan and security documents of classified borrower of Banks, leasing companies and other financial instruments;
∎ Providing legal opinion and vetting of the property documents;
∎ Must have adequate Knowledge in Computing;
∎ Must have strong determination, leading capacity & capacity to work under immense pressure.
∎ Must have the intention to work as a team member and in a professional manner.
∎ Must have the intention to perform any other task as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years;
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply;
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken in English;
∎ Applicant has to possess positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy and good interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
