Responsibilities & Context:
- Vetting of the land property documentation (Candidate must has to be capable for final print with accuracy and ensuring all outputs are complete and ready for final print).
- Land documents and other legal papers analysis and preparing Legal Opinion.
- Preparing property Search Report.
- Drafting various banking deed documents such as Mortgage Deed, Power Deed, Agreement, Undertaking, Deed of Hypothecation etc.
