Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Advocate will be involved in appearing before Courts/Tribunals.
∎ He/she must have good knowledge of drafting Cases and legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
∎ He/she must be able to attend Chamber for doing chamber work after Court schedule.
∎ Handling company, civil and criminal suits before various courts and co-ordination with the legal advisor.
∎ Interactions with the clients, conducting initial meetings with the clients, taking down details, receive documents, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management/ Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be High Court Enrolled.

Salary: Negotiable
