Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing documentation, deeds/agreements, vetting land documents, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
∎ Preparing various kinds of legal drafts.
∎ Preparing legal research.
∎ Vetting, documentation, drafting various deeds/ agreements etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Dedicated, sincere, committed and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Familiarity with land documents vetting.
∎ Experienced in drafting different kinds of documentation, deeds/agreements, legal opinion and other legal documents.
∎ Excellent proficiency in writing and speaking both English & Bengali.
∎ Must have expertise in Legal Research.
∎ Able to work as a Team.
∎ Ability to lead a team and strong management skill.
∎ Competency in computer literacy is mandatory; especially English & Bangla typing skill.
∎ Candidates have to possess positive work attitude, integrity, etiquette and good interpersonal skills.
∎ After joining the chamber the candidates must serve minimum 1.5 years at the chamber.
∎ Candidate not able to work under pressure and rigid working schedule need not to apply.
∎ Instructions:
∎ Short listed candidates will be called for Written and Practical Viva.
