∎ Master degree in Science/Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental Science, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HSE/Compliance roles in manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
∎ In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulation.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
∎ Have knowledge on facing different Audit like Sedex, BSCI, WRAP, Nirapon, RSC etc.
∎ Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with local, & company HSE regulations.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
∎ Maintain and update HSE policies and procedures.
∎ Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
∎ Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote awareness and best practices.
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE matters.
∎ Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
∎ Maintain records of incidents and prepare reports for management review.
∎ Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
∎ Implement and monitor risk control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Monitor and manage environmental programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
∎ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE processes and practices.
∎ Participate in HSE committee meetings and contribute to the development of HSE strategies.
∎ Able to handle different audit like ISO, SEDEX, WRAP, BSCI, Nirapon etc.
