Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the Zonal yearly business targets
∎ Supervise the implementation of the quarterly Cycle plan, Marketing plan and other business strategies
∎ Lead and manage the Medical Information Officer's under assigned zone to ensure maximum operational efficiency, promotion of congenial working conditions and high morale and values
∎ Organize marketing intelligence activities as and when needed
∎ Evaluate training needs for the team members & identify low performing territories and take adequate corrective measures

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s) in Specialty Product Department / Product Promotion
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Proficient in Excel
