∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Aparel Merchandising, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising, Buyer Handling, Garment Marketing, Garments Sector, International Marketing, Merchandising and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a TEAM LEADER for a BIG VOLUME BUYER
∎ Supervise and coordination every aspect of specific buyers.
∎ Preparation of cost sheet and place it to the Management for final approval.
∎ Strict maintenance of SOP & TNA of respective customer(s) order.
∎ Responsible for various monthly reporting and variance analysis.
∎ Ensure sustainable measures by improving sales, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
∎ Review the development packages received from buyers and put the developments into work with product development team as well as vendors.
∎ Check all costing for price negotiation with buyer and then attend price & sample review meetings with buyer.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastages.
∎ Liaison with the Factory for accurate and timely completion of Germans as per need of the Buyer.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
