Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Physical Education/Bachelor in Physical Education degree/or Bachelor degree in any discipline required from a recognized educational institute.
∎ Special training/ Expertise on playing football with national or International level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Community mobilization, organizing children and shortlisting potential plyers.
∎ Assist to head Trainer for conducting research and analyzing the plans for selected players e.g. develop strategy and tactics for the players.
∎ Assist to identifying the individual player abilities, strengths, weaknesses and develop the plan.
∎ Assist to properly prepare the field for football sports and other sports field with support of Head Trainer.
∎ Create positive environment for female player and train them properly.
∎ Assist to prepare the guideline for the players and creating environment for ensuring the familiarity.
∎ Organize team building sessions and activities regularly.
∎ Fostering good sportsmanship among the players, resolving disputes, and addressing bad behavior in a timely manner.
∎ Identifying exceptional players and provide special coaching who might scouted scholarships and to play in professional leagues
∎ Ensuring all sports equipment is available and in working order.
∎ Encouraging players to engage in other recreational sports and to live a healthy life with a balanced diet.
∎ Maintain records of students, training sessions, games, performance statistics, and equipment.
∎ Organize sports events and scheduling practice sessions.
∎ Manage resources and actively involved in sports events.
∎ Comply with sporting codes, particularly regulations around drugs in sport.
∎ Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback.
∎ Assist with budget preparations and the development of training plans.
∎ Undertaking administrative tasks which assign by seniors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Age 25 to 55 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) in field
∎ Male and female both are preferable
∎ Experience on coaching Football in national or international level will be given preference.
∎ Good level of communication skill
