∎ As an Assistant Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Trainer in managing and delivering training programs for skill training projects. You will work closely with the project team to assist in developing training plans, curricula, and materials, and to ensure the effective delivery of training to participants. You will also provide guidance and support to participants during training sessions, and help to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specific job experience to any specific trades mention here( IT Freelancing/ Handicraft/ Industrial Sewing Machine Operation/ Mobile Phone Servicing/ Electrical Installation and Maintenance/ IT Support service).
∎ Working experience with Master Craft Person
∎ Frequent traveling
∎ Assist in developing and delivering training programs in line with project goals and objectives
∎ Work with the project team to support in developing training curricula and materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and handouts
∎ Support the Lead Trainer in facilitating training sessions, providing guidance and support to participants as needed
∎ Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement as necessary
∎ Work with project partners and stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with industry needs and standards
∎ Assist in maintaining accurate records of training activities, including participant attendance and performance
∎ Provide support to participants in applying their new skills and knowledge through post-training follow-up activities
∎ Participate in project planning and reporting activities, providing input and feedback on training-related matters
∎ Build your capacity and skills as a trainer through ongoing professional development and training opportunities
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 1-2 years’ industry experience in relevant field
∎ Good knowledge of the MS Office package will be an advantage.
