Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation with 400 marks in English/Honors with second class, Masters/4 years Honors (English).
∎ Teaching in creative and participatory method.
∎ B-Ed trained candidates will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
teaching
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for taking at least 5 regular classes daily.
∎ Responsible for taking extra class on your own off-period, in the absence of a colleague.
∎ Properly pre- prepare lesson (for digital/normal class) in the proper manner according to daily lesson plans for each of the classes responsible for.
∎ Responsible for preparing your own question for designated subject.
∎ Responsible for grading exam papers, preparing result and progressive report card as per institute regulation.
∎ Refrain from doing other tasks during ongoing class period.
∎ Seeing all students with equal love and treating them with elegance.
∎ To enhance the mental development of the student be responsible for self-initiative to organize various competitions in the class.
∎ Responsible for being more attentive to feeble and vulnerable students, giving them more time after school hours if needed.
∎ For attention of all students in your classroom you need to have prepared a strategic plan.
∎ Responsible for keeping student progress proof for each of the subject and sign the student diary regularly.
∎ Responsible for writing to the authorities, mentioning the steps taken if a student fails in the prescribed subject.
∎ While teaching in classroom, use pure accent and avoid local accent.
∎ Doing own work on computer.
∎ As a class teacher need to monitor whether students have paid their dues and report to the authority if not.
∎ Timely submit prescribed subject questions for exam.
∎ Get training for successful and competent professionalism in own financing if needed.
∎ Knowing and obeying service rule.
∎ To take part in all kinds of government declared day observations.
∎ For the well being of the organization and as per direction of the authorities you’re required to perform other duties which are not mentioned above.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least two years of experience on teaching proficiency in English.
∎ Teaching in creative and participatory method candidate must provide at least 5 classes per day as regular activities from class 5 to 10.
∎ As a class teacher he /she will be responsible for grading the exam papers, preparing result and progressive report card.
∎ As a class teacher he/she will have to monitor whether students have paid their dues and report to the authority if not.
∎ Age will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ The candidate should be honest, hard-worker and non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 9000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
