Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and testing new facilities and equipment of IT and Broadcast IT.
∎ Maintains specialized equipment, server, networking systems, software
∎ Analyzing, rectifying technical faults on equipment and systems.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all desktops, laptops & IT equipment.
∎ Diminish interruption of service at times of equipment failure by rapidly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision.
∎ Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from producers, directors and other colleagues.
∎ Communicate effectively with team members and other teams.
∎ Communicate with Vendors and negotiate with them on behalf of the organizations for technical issues.
∎ Creating email and domain account and responsible for accessibility control issue
