Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receipt and quality control of delivered goods to project warehouse.
∎ Processing appropriate supply chain documentation and updating stock cards to assure an accurate count of commodities and other logistics of the project at the central warehouse.
∎ Follow all inventory control system including storage, quality control, inventory record-keeping, and inventory reporting.
∎ Working with the project staff to maintain the storage, distribution, and transport project commodities to all operations sites, to assure they have the necessary equipment and materials.
∎ Maintain accurate and exact knowledge of commodities and logistics at the central warehouse, at any given time.
∎ Maintenance of health and safety measures at the central Warehouse
∎ Clearance and proper disposal of all waste material and excess items from project central Warehouse.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in store management of medical items and medicines is a must
∎ 3+ years of experience in store management and the storage of health commodities
∎ Demonstrated experience in warehouse/stores management
∎ Excellent management, supervisory, organizational, computer, and writing skills
∎ English language fluency
∎ Knowledge in Excel is a must
