∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Supply Chain management experience will be an add.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the store items in Inventory register /inventory software.
∎ Assisting the storekeeper in forecasting demand and ensuring adequate inventory levels·
∎ Assist to place orders for items that are low on supply and tracking their receiving.
∎ Inspect all receivable items and ensure proper documentation of the items received.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and get early access to the prioritized items.
∎ Performing stock rotation to ensure utilization of goods and minimize wastage at the store.
∎ Conducting periodic audits of the inventory (physical counting , verification, quality check)·
∎ Handle the inventory software.  Fulfilling Orders.
∎ Receive demand with valid document·
∎ Verify the order details (items, quantity, and issue department) and entry in the register.
∎ Checking availability of the demanded items.
∎ Record in details of each step to provide real time and information.
∎ Updating the order status with invoice after delivery is complete. Performing Periodic Maintenance.
∎ Inspecting, cleaning and maintaining the equipment used in the store.
∎ Inspect regularly the coolers, refrigerators; air conditioners are functioning as per requirement of store.
∎ Ensure the cleaning of store·
∎ Ensure compliance in health and safety standard and food safety guidelines.
∎ Maintain the store items in Inventory register /inventory software.
