Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
∎ Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
∎ Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
∎ To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
∎ Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
∎ Visit dealer point regularly.
