∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical industry engaged with Animal Health Product Sale.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point).
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
∎ Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and motivating the sales team to achieve the best results as per target fixed monthly & annually.
∎ Prepare monthly sales activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team and formulating strategies and establishing objectives to meet the sales target.
∎ Prepare and maintain product wise forecasting according to market demand.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Prepare and achieve sales budget.
∎ Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective action as required.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management.
