Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food & beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and preparation of reports.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes.
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
∎ Develop employees by providing on-going feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
∎ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
∎ Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts
∎ Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
∎ Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
∎ Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level, including delivery and toilet cleaning when and if needed.
∎ Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
∎ Suggest employment and termination opinions to management, if needed.
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in using ERP or Other Inventory or Sales Software .
∎ At least 3-7 year experience in the similar position with a large Restaurant of a Renowned Hotel/ Resort.
∎ By Attitude: Service Mindset, Smiley, Flexible & Team Player, Collaborative, Can do Attitude & Can live up with limited Resource support.
