Minimum Graduation from reputed Public / Private University or College with minimum Second Class/division in all examinations. No 3rd division/ class is allowed.

Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal skill.
Proactive mindset to visit and collect repayment and overdue.
Result driven and able to work independently/in team.
Having experience in collection/ recovery will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure.
Basic Computer literacy (MS Office) will get added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up on overdue loans and ensure collection.
Conduct consistent communication, field visits and negotiate repayment.
Communicating with guarantors and any other people related to delinquent accounts.
Report delinquency risks and propose legal action requirement.
Maintain accurate collection records.
Achieve monthly and annual collection targets
