Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing & Management Departments from any renowned University
∎ Graduate in Marketing & Management Departments from any government renowned University with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your overall goal as Assistant Project Manager is to develop project implementation strategy to ensure quality standards of project completion or assigned job on time. Other responsibilities are as follows:
∎ Prepare project implantation plan and coordinate with field staff with regular field visit to ensure smooth implementation of activities as per operation plan
∎ Responsible for regular supervision of the Project & the workers. Flexibility is highly expected for this position.
∎ Ensure timely work and work flow even when facing an adverse situation or if the project is in a remote place.
∎ Ensure field visits for project monitoring and knowledge management
∎ Ensure timely report preparation and submission to the authority as per the need
∎ Provide feedback and input in order to improve the project's quality.
∎ Manage the team in order to optimize their performance, this include but not limited to, team management meeting, enhancing group morale, management and leadership.
∎ Reports on a daily basis in English about activities planned and implemented.
∎ Exchange information daily concerning the projects.
∎ Ensure effective communication in English and maintain liaison with foreign management team and employees. Prepare variety of written communications (correspondence, reports, working papers, etc
∎ Supervise a team of workers to deliver activities on time, and to a high standard.
∎ Dealing foreign personnel at project site or outside project site.
∎ Monitor loading & unloading of materials, measuring exact quantity & follow-up with report, written in English.
∎ Ensure monthly project team meeting and take steps for staff capacity development
∎ Responsibilities may vary according to project priorities.
∎ Good adaptability in any circumstances
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
∎ Additional Job Responsibility:
∎ Communicate with Chinese & other foreign personnel in fluent English.
∎ Networking with other parties/suppliers.
∎ Negotiating with different parties both national & foreign.
∎ Able to work outside Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Must have 3 years' experience in Field work/Project supervision.
∎ Must have experience working in Jetty & Warehouse related field.
∎ Must have very good management capabilities.
∎ Must have Excellent knowledge over English, both speaking & writing is a must.
∎ Good negotiation skill with foreign personnel & foreign companies.
∎ Networking abilities. Sufficient knowledge on drafting letters in English.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
