Job Context:
∎ Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract up to 31 August 2021 with possibility of extension
∎ Job Purpose: S/he will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the food security and livelihoods component of the PRM funded project including planning, initiation, quality service delivery, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and coordination with local authorities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate training of project team to perform their roles, with expected quality in food security and livelihoods and working with older people over 60 years
∎ Prepare budgets for trainings, workshops and other project activities, as needed.
∎ Participate in camp level coordination meetings with local authorities such as site management and CiC, and/or with other organizations, and geriatric services
∎ Support HR department in recruitment of qualified project staff, monitor staff performance and ensure timely performance development reviews and ensure staff welfare, safety and security in liaison with HR and Project Manager
∎ Work with MEAL team to update project database to track outputs against targets.
∎ Prepare high quality reports, on livelihoods activities, within agreed time line and formats, in consultation with the Project Manager.
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Any other duties as specified by the Line Manager/Country Director/Emergency Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years progressively management work experience in FSL field
∎ Experience in managing project budget is required
∎ Good computer and report writing skills are required
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required
∎ Experience working with older people over 60 years would be an advantage
∎ Good knowledge on Rohingya refugee context is desirable
Salary:
∎ BDT 85,896/- to BDT 90,190/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
