Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic planning documents for the respective part of project operations.
∎ Responsible to work independently and solve operational problems confidently.
∎ Prepare project & operational budget and take financial decisions within the set guidelines.
∎ Responsible to develop better relationship with project staff and update the daily project activities on time.
∎ Maintain proper communication and liaison with donors and answers their quires in appropriate manner in due time.
∎ Explore, develop and maintain good relations with project beneficiaries.
∎ Maintaining all type of communications with relevant stakeholders at the national & local levels as independently.
∎ Prepare the required project reports which include: monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports as per the need of the project and as requested by donor and Friendship Management.
∎ Visits to the project areas to monitor the project activities.
∎ Ensure teamwork, consultation and communication, innovation by team members.
∎ Participate in organizational decision making, contribute to the ongoing development of the whole organization, and other duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent computer skills
∎ Written and speaking fluency in English and Bengali
∎ Strong report writing and communication skills and in English
∎ 2/4 years of experience mostly in rights related issues/Rohingya response
∎ Strong presentation, communication, and advocacy skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Strong leadership skill
