Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper production planning of Stitching to ensure on time delivery.
∎ To Improve Section wise planning by linking with order forecasting.
∎ To Strong Follow up with operation for right fabrics receive in Stitching.
∎ Responsible to find out root cause and identification for the ideal working our/problem in production activities.
∎ Continuously monitor and work to reduce production cost, wastage, OTD and optimum utilization of fabric.
∎ To advice Stitching concern APM/Production Officer/In charge/Staff for reduce all kinds of wastage, CM cost and review weekly/monthly floor wise wastage report & per Mtr. cost, KPI and share with them as well as further action plan.
∎ To check and maintain record of all Stitching Program Qty. & packing list for shipment.
∎ To keep and maintain very precisely all the required file/documents, so that all the concerned Stitching staff /officer can access easily.
∎ To maximum utilization of our resources.
∎ Regular Review of KPI Trend to meet the target.
∎ Standardization working procedures for junior staff.
∎ Customer demand wise system development in working process.
∎ Responsible for arranging Training program (staff/officer/operator of production) to run smooth Production & Shipment.
∎ Competency development to ensure leadership in production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
