Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent needs to monitor hourly, daily, monthly target so that the production target achieved as per plan.
∎ The incumbent needs to know sample making.
∎ The incumbent needs to maintain on time shipment with 99.5% cut out ship.
∎ The incumbent needs to monitor absenteeism and workers turnover.
∎ The incumbent needs to monitor team members' discipline and responsibilities.
∎ The incumbent needs to involve with line feeding.
∎ The incumbent needs to reduce permanent rejection rate and fulfill cut quality.
∎ The incumbent needs to lead 5s in respective area, attend pocket, daily quality and PP meeting.
∎ The incumbent needs to find out line problems from production monitoring board & give solution.
∎ The incumbent needs to arrange monthly meeting with Supervisor & Operator's to discuss summary.
∎ The incumbent needs to check next feeding style ready made in all aspect. (Size set, Pre-Production, Layout etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The incumbent must have experience to produce woven samples (tops and bottoms) ensuring the best quality.
