Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbents need to monitor hourly,daily,monthly target so that the production target achieved as per plan.
∎ The incumbents need to maintain on time shipment with 99.5% cut out ship.
∎ The incumbents need to monitor absenteeism and workers turnover.
∎ The incumbents need to motivate workers.
∎ The incumbents need to check next feeding style ready made in all aspect.(Size set, Pre-Production,Layout etc)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Technical Knowledge
∎ IE Knowledge
∎ Quality Knowledge
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English
Salary:
